I specialise in recruitment for the data centre sector across EMEA, working with developers, operators, and contractors to help them build the high-performing engineering and construction teams that deliver some of the most complex infrastructure projects in the world.

What drives me is simple - finding the right person for the right role, and making sure the experience of getting there is a good one for everyone involved. Recruitment at its best isn't transactional, it's consultative. That means taking the time to properly understand what a business actually needs, not just what's on a job spec, and being honest with candidates about opportunities rather than just selling them on a move.

The data centre sector is one of the most exciting and fast-moving industries to work in right now, and I feel fortunate to work within it every day - partnering with businesses at the forefront of the digital infrastructure that underpins how the modern world operates.

Outside of work, I'm a passionate - and occasionally long-suffering - Manchester United supporter, which has taught me more about resilience and patience than any professional development course ever could.
